By creating an account or using Moryou, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. The service is operated by GHP SOLUTIONS LTDA, CNPJ 62.208.192/0001-83. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Moryou lets you create personalized digital gifts: interactive pages with text, photos, music references, memories, letters, timelines, quizzes, unlocks, a QR code and a shareable public link.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age to create an account.

You may use Moryou to create gifts for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use it in ways that break the law, harm others or interfere with the service.

• You keep your rights over the content you upload.
• You grant Moryou a limited license to host, process and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
• This license lasts while your gift and account are active, or as needed to meet legal obligations.
• You may request deletion of your content, subject to technical and legal limits.

• You declare that you have the right to use and share every photo, text and other content you upload.
• If other people appear in or are mentioned in the content, you must have the appropriate authorization.
• You should not upload protected music content without authorization. Moryou may not host full songs without a license, and may use references or links instead.

You may not create, upload or share:

• Illegal content.
• Offensive, discriminatory or hateful content.
• Harassment or threats.
• Exposure of personal data without authorization.
• Intimate images without consent.
• Any sexual content involving minors.
• Copyright infringement, or use of photos or music without authorization.
• Fraud attempts or spam.
• Reverse engineering or attacks against the service.

• Published gifts can be opened by anyone who has the link.
• The creator chooses whether and with whom to share the link.
• Gift pages are set to noindex by default, which reduces but does not guarantee privacy.

• Prices and plan features are shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Asaas. Access to generation may depend on payment confirmation.
• Moryou does not store full card data.

• A Moryou gift is a personalized digital product.
• Once generation or publication has started, refunds may be limited.
• Cancellation or refund requests are reviewed by support on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery is digital: once the gift is published, you receive a public link and a QR code to share. There is no physical shipment.

• Moryou may use your briefing data to build the experience, including with AI assistance.
• Automatically generated content may contain errors. Review it before sharing.
• Moryou may block or adjust content that violates these terms.

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Moryou platform, brand, design, templates and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Moryou is not liable for content created by users, for the way creators share links, or for indirect damages. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

We may remove content or unpublish a gift that violates these terms or the law, or upon a justified request from an affected person.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. We will handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change the service and these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be communicated through the service.
